Our Story
After more than two decades working inside high-growth B2B technology companies, one pattern became impossible to ignore.
The companies that scaled successfully weren’t the ones chasing every new tactic or trend. They were the ones with a clear strategy, strong alignment in leadership, and disciplined execution.
Founder Kimberley Kasper has spent her career building, leading, and optimizing go-to-market organizations across companies, including WebEx, Salesforce, Taleo, and Jobvite, and most recently served as Chief Marketing Officer and Chief Growth Officer at Strattam Capital.
Across those roles, the same challenges surfaced again and again: teams worked hard, but growth stalled when priorities weren’t clear, or leadership alignment broke down. We regularly explore these topics in our writing.
